Welcome to Bing, Zo & Co.! By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Training Agreement, and our Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policies.

Please read carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website or book our services.

Bing, Zo & Co. provides holistic dog training, private sessions, group classes, board & train programs, and canine wellness coaching. All services are time- and reservation-based.

• All bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
• Payments may be made via credit/debit card, ACH, cash (with written confirmation), or invoice.
• By submitting payment, you authorize Bing, Zo & Co. to charge your payment method for all agreed-upon services, including late cancellations, no-shows, and policy fees.
• Clients agree to pay any fees incurred under this agreement in accordance with the invoice or training agreement.

• Clients may request a full refund within three (3) business days of payment or signing the training agreement (whichever occurs later).
• After this period, all payments are final and non-refundable, including deposits, session fees, or board & train fees.
• Services are considered rendered once any portion of training occurs, including consultations, program planning, trainer assignment, session scheduling, communication, or preparation.
• Refund requests submitted after the three-day window will not be honored, and chargebacks will be contested.

• All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or an approved messaging platform.
• Private Training Sessions: Cancellations <24 hours before the session or no-shows will incur the full session fee.
• Board & Train Programs: Cancellations <7 calendar days before the program start date will forfeit all payments.
• Once kennel space, trainer time, or program planning has been allocated, services cannot be canceled or refunded.

• By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute for valid charges incurred under these policies.
• Any chargeback initiated after the refund window is considered a breach of contract, and Bing, Zo & Co. reserves the right to:
  
  • Suspend or terminate services
  • Recover disputed funds
  • Charge administrative and legal costs
  • Pursue collections where permitted by law
• Documentation including signed agreements, invoices, receipts, communications, and session records will be used to contest disputes under Stripe or banking rules.

• Bing, Zo & Co. is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by your dog, property, or any other person while participating in our programs, except where prohibited by law.
• Training results vary by dog and client compliance; no guarantees are expressed or implied.

• We collect, store, and use your personal information solely for booking, scheduling, invoicing, and service delivery.
• Your information will not be shared outside of operational purposes without consent.

• These Terms & Conditions and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
• Any legal actions shall be brought exclusively in courts within Clark County, Nevada.

• Bing, Zo & Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updates will be posted on this website with an effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
